When you enrol, we are always careful with your information. We will never disclose your details to other parties without your permission, unless we are legally required to. If you would like more information about our privacy practices, please contact us.

I understand that by enrolling at Dance Skool I will pay a $25 annual enrolment fee (covers administration and insurance costs) that will be added to my first invoice for 2014. If I leave before a term has completed, I hereby agree to pay all fees associated with that term. If payment has to be retrieved, I will also incur any extra fees associated with the retrieval process.

Waiver: I do hereby release Dance Skool, Aaron Ward and all other instructors or students in any capacity for any liability due to injuries, etc. that I may obtain as a result of my attendance or participation in any and all dance classes at Dance Skool, or any special event associated with Dance Skool and their classes. I clearly understand that participation in Dance Skool classes involves dance and bodily exercise and movement with rigorous physical activity. I am fully aware of my personal medical conditions and hereby certify that I am mentally and physically fit to participate in the classes for which I have registered and that I have the medical coverage or personal means to cover the expenses related to any injury that I might receive as a result of my participation.

The guardian of the student/participant listed acknowledges that their child/they is/are occasionally photographed and filmed whilst participating in class or any Dance Skool related activities by Dance Skool staff. Permission is given for the photographs/video to be used within the Dance Skool brand, for numerous promotional and retail purposes. This includes, but is not limited to online and print promotions, catalogues, retail outlets and general marketing. The guardian/particpant understands that these images will not be used for any purposes which are not Dance Skool related. They also understand that no persons except Dance Skool staff will have access to these photos.
